By using Personal Assistant ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Personal Assistant syncs external ICS calendar feeds to your Google Calendar and generates daily planning digests delivered to your Gmail. The app acts on your behalf using permissions you explicitly grant via Google OAuth.

The app integrates with Google APIs, Pushover, and optionally the Anthropic Claude API. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled and is incorporated into these terms by reference.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that synced calendar data will always be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or missed calendar events.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
